Special Education Programs

SSS offers a wide variety of technologies and programming to assist your special needs student.  We offer in-class support, self-contained classes and resource room support for all special needs students.

Students with exceptionalities who are identified with the Rainbow District School Board will have their accommodations met through an Individual Education Plan.

The Special Education Department at SSS provides a variety of programs to meet the individual needs of students with a wide range of exceptionalities.

Special education classrooms are designed to provide a structured environment to meet the differentiated learning style of each individual student.

Our special education classrooms not only have interactive environments, but are also equipped with several computers with assistive technology.  Whether your student is familiar with assistive technologies or not, our staff will help train your student.
